A fabulous stay at a beautiful property!

This home is exactly as advertised and was perfect for our fall getaway with friends to visit wineries and view the fall foliage on Skyline Drive. It's got enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's privacy but great gathering spaces in the kitchen/living area to enjoy group meals and time together.

National Park Visit .

We were 4 families visited the place to relax and visit Shenandoah national park. It is an amazing property with all facilities and very clean . There are many tourists spots to visit around . We wanted to stay more at the property if we had time. I would recommend this property to stay whoever wanted to relax with families and friends.

Worth the Money!

I was looking for a rental at Massanutten where we could hold a small family reunion and all attendees could stay together. I first looked at the villas at Massanutten but through Evolve I came across house rentals. This house rental was less expensive that booking several villas. And wow! what a stay. The house was cozy, private, newly renovated and a passing peek at some labels confirmed that the owners did not go cheap on the comfortable furnishings. My family loved the accommodations, slept well in the beds, enjoyed the included streaming from every room and the KITCHEN had EVERYTHING you could need to prepare family meals. We fired up the grill, enjoyed a very private back yard and had a blast! Prepare for the mountain style driveway (a little steep) but we conquered it by day two. This was like home away from home but with surrounding peace and beauty of the mountains. Would definitely rent again!!

My family rented this home for our kids spring break. It was 8 adults and 6 kids and it was more than enough space for all of us. The home was clean and had several activities for the kids and adults to go, such a pool table, deck of cards, dvds, selected board games and books to read. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday and was able to cook out on the gas grill, the weather stayed sunny for us most of the time although it called for rain. A lot of the activities on the resort were still closed, so we went to the indoor water park, took kids to ride on the pony, and did the adventure park. I did have to tell my family how to use the showers because they couldn't figure out how to get the shower head to work. If anyone needs to know just pull down on the water head and it'll come on. Finally the only thing we did suggest to the owners is that they get the driveway paved. It's gravel and we and 3 vehicles and all of us got stuck several times since its on a hill. It's scary trying to reverse up especially at night, but its also scary trying to reverse down. Their is a garage, however none of our SUVs could fit in there, only a car would fit. Food was also about 15-20 mins out, which wasn't bad, plenty of options to pick from. Overall we did enjoy out stay and would look forward to going back when more things open.

Wonderful stay

House was immaculate. So well furnished with everything we could possibly need to make our stay seamless. Loved that the cabinets had labels of where things belonged. Easy drive to anywhere on resort. We traveled with 6 kids and they had a blast exploring outside. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our crazy crew.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We were most impressed by the cleanliness of the home and the comfortable beds. We also loved the open space living area, perfect for group gatherings as there is plenty of space to mingle. The only thing we’d like to note is that the knives were dull, one of the karaoke mics were broken and the TV in the living room was slow, the sound and actions were delayed from one another. Other than that everything was perfect, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for two families

We will definitely stay here again in the future. The house was spacious enough for two families with kids, very clean, cared for, and updated. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating. Loved the electric fireplaces during our winter visit and all of the games and entertainment for the kids. Many thoughtful personal touches throughout the home. The driveway is a little tricky in the snow but parking on the street is easy and there was plenty of salt available for the entry. Highly recommend.

Christmas Vacation

The house suited us well. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. The bedrooms were very accommodating as well. The only negative would be the driveway, which was a little difficult at times. However, overall our stay was wonderful.

Wonderful and spacious!

The house and it’s renovations were beautiful! We loved the pool table, games, movies, clear instructions on how to operate everything. We didn’t get to use the built in grill but it was nice having that option! It’s very spacious and had plenty of bathrooms. We had 6 adults, 3 children, and 1 under the age of 2.

Great Mountain Getaway

Our extended family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax with a large kitchen, living room area and outside decks. We were very fortunate that the weather and allowed us enjoy the front deck often. The kids loved their room with multiple beds. The owners responded very promply with any inquiries and they provided some unexpected touches that made their home comfortable.

Excellent weekend getaway!

Perfect for our family to get away from DC and enjoy what Massanutten has to offer. Price is very reasonable for the amount of house/sleeping capacity you get. Kitchen is well-equipped. We enjoyed the open concept floor plan upstairs.
