A TV is mounted on the wall, perfect for watching your favorite shows. The en suite bathroom is an oasis, featuring a sauna, a deep soaking tub, a spacious shower, and a double sink vanity. All the amenities you could want are here, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay.



Bedroom 2:

This bedroom has a king bed, dresser, TV, mirror, and chair. It's right off the living room and is complete with a cute cabin design.



Bedroom 3:

This bedroom has a queen bed, nightstands, and bench. The walls feature a beautiful floral wallpaper that adds a fresh and cheerful feel to the room.



Bedroom 4:

This stunning bedroom is a spacious and inviting retreat. It is furnished with two queen-sized beds, two benches, a dresser and a TV. The en suite bathroom is a luxurious addition, with a shower and plenty of storage for toiletries and towels.



Bedroom 5:

This spacious kids bedroom is the perfect place for your little ones to explore and have fun! It has two queen beds and a twin bed, providing plenty of space for sleepovers and friends. The fun wallpaper adds a splash of color and the TV is perfect for movie nights. Plus, there is plenty for toys and games, so the kids can stay entertained for hours!



Bedroom 6:

This luxury cabin bedroom is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It features a king size bed with two chairs are set up in front of the bed, a desk, a TV, and dresser. The walk-in closet is spacious and provides plenty of storage. Finally, the en suite full bathroom is the perfect place to get ready for the day or to relax after a long day.

Guest Access:

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its

rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term

rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-

time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their

retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our

private residential community.

NOISE

Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any

time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.

PARKING

All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood

roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance.

Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has

told you he has explicit permission for you to do so.

Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed.

If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road,

overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.

NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads.

With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay.

NO OPEN FIRES

You are in an area that is at risk for wildfire! NEVER leave any outdoor fire unattended.

ALCOHOL

Open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area.

PETS

Pets are not allowed to run at large. They must be leashed at all times when off this

property. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets.

TRASH

DO NOT place trash anywhere outside the house, including on screened porches. It will attract

wildlife that could endanger you and damage the property.
