"Cabin easy to find and looked just like the photos. Loved the property and how it was surrounded by trees. I thought my husband was going to have a fit when he saw the stairs leading up to the loft, and the short trek outside to the loo. But, he succumbed to the magic of the cabin and had a great time. We are seniors so had tho be careful on the stairs up the loft and the path to the loo and showers. Everything very clean and comfortable. Bad season for mosquitoes so bring bug spray if you plan to spent any time outside on the property. Felt very safe there."

"Stay was great, we walked Effigy Mounds and Pikes Peak, went to a winery and the fish and cheese shop. Always have a great time in Prairie Du Chien. The best bars! Live music at the Tavern "

"The Pocket City Penthouse looked like a winner when we were hunting out a special place to stay for our anniversary -- and it turns out it was the jackpot! Truly, everything was perfect, from the beautifully appointed apartment and cook's kitchen, to the amazing views -- to the town of McGregor, itself. We loved the little stores and restaurants nearby (those that were open so early in the season), and the surroundings were perfect, the trains, the riverboats, and the green hills with Pikes Peak just up the road for hiking. The proprietor was especially helpful and communicated with us exceptionally. We're looking forward to coming back. Maybe we'll see what McGregor looks like in all the season through the penthouse's big picture windows!"

"Absolutely beautiful, quiet farm location. Lodgings are scrupulously clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was bigger than my bedroom! Lovely host gave us a quick tour of the property, and we met a 2-week old filly. We will stay here again!"
