"We always stay at this property when we’re in Timmins and stay in one of the chalets for usually 3-4 nights at a time. The amenities are nice, but the service is universally lacking. Both the sink in the kitchen and bathroom were leaking and when we called for assistance we were told that no one was available to assist until the next day. (The kitchen floor was very wet as we had been cleaning dinner dishes.) We enjoy the nature baths when we’re there but it took more than 30 minutes for our order of two yogurt bowls, a cup of coffee and a bottle of iced tea to arrive. The food is great but the time between ordering and actually having the order arrive is always much longer than I would expect any where else. I DO wish the service reflected the price point."

"Breakfast area has been under construction for some time now. Quality of pillows could be improved. Other than that, nice big rooms and Dove toiletries. "

"Breakfasts the sausage and hash browns could've been cooked a little long. Over all it was clean. Unstand the pool was not available because of renovations, that was sad. Would stay there again. "
