"We are staying in an accesible room due to my mother being in a wheelchair. The accessible rooms do not have a door stop or an automatic door opener button to get into and out of the room safely or easily. The beds were listed as lower for accessiblilty but they are too high and are not adjustable. Front desk personnel were unable to answer my questions about the accessible rooms with certainty. The cleaning staff are super curteous and friendly but did not restock our supplies the first week. We ran out of tissue, TP and coffee. The wait staff in the bar/restaurant are friendly and helpful. We had to park in back as the 2 handicap parking spaces were taken up front. The draw back is the the back entrance has a set of two doors you have to navigate through and you need to have yoyr card key to access. This is not iseal with a wheelchair. This second week we reserved a roll in shower and were placed in a room with a bath tub. Again the front desk is not knowledable about the rooms they have and dont seem to care much. The place is clean. "
