"The room was very clean. No carpet! Had coffee cups, but no coffee machine. The breakfast brought it down to four stars. Breakfast included a choice of bagels (plain), white bread, or mini muffin. There were 2 cereal choices and coffee. It had oatmeal packets, but no water."
