"The hotel was noisy at night. You could here conversations in the hall whilst in your room"

"Breakfast was small. Hotel was small. Did not see much of the staff. Our room was right at the front. Got no sleep. We heard train whistles and semi trucks passing all night. People kept rining the door bell at all hours to be let in. If we stayed here again I would ask for a room further back. But for one night we got what we paid for. Pool was available but the water was freezing cold. "

"Friendly staff, clean property, comfortable room. We traveled with our dog and most properties have rooms set aside for pets. Our room was clean but had strong deodorizing scent that didn’t quite mask urine odor of previous four-legged guests. "

"We were welcomed by the nicest woman with a friendly smile. She gave us a lot of information about the area and hotel. Our room was very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Our bathroom was very clean, which is so important. Breakfast was delicious and so much to pick from. Best Western was a great choice. Thank you! "

"Our room was on the 4th floor, however the elevator was inoperable. It was difficult to climb the stairs for my husband. The hot tub was not working, which was a huge disappointment also. I will call ahead next time to ensure that everything is in working order. Not quite the stay we were expecting."
