"It honestly felt like we were at a resort. The stay was beautiful with plenty to do, and the atmosphere was amazing. The bar being open until midnight was a nice touch, and breakfast being included made it even better. The elevators were new, the floors were quiet, and everything felt peaceful. Garage parking was reasonable ($25) with in and out. This is definitely going to be our go-to spot for a relaxing staycation night. Please don't mess it up. "

"We arrived 945pm to a quick but brusque check in. Tired, we faced a shower with lukewarm water. Next morning, the water was warmer but only a little. The toiletries were Dove brand creamy, oily, ineffective and in squeeze bottles fixed to the wall. The rooms floor layout is mazelike and while there are many marked Exits, none indicated whether it led to the elevators. Neither was the route to the elevators clearly marked. It was poor value for the price."

"DIRTY. The carpet left my socks black like charcoal. cobwebs in the lamps. pavillion dirty and littered with empty cannibis packs."

"Liquor watered down for happy hour fot quite sometime. We did not get complimentary breakfast tickets. We waited in line and were turned away because we didn’t have ticket. Went to front desk to get ticket man at cront desk asked us fifty questions and I finally said look up my booking just give us tickets. Fot tickets had to wait in line all over again. Very humiliating and embarrassing. We used to stay at hotel now its about every other month. Food always room temperature. 12.00 parking per car crazy. Free bottled water discontinued. Loud metal hitting metal all nite long. Room phone not working."

"I just had an unpleasant experience with my daughter while on a college campus trip in DC. The breakfast is served on a small table at the entrance of the reception area. There are just 2 seats to eat. The only options are ultra-processed food loaded with carbohydrates — cereal, apple and banana, small bagels in a plastic bag, and a small pot of juice. There is one gallon of animal milk and no other source of protein. On the first day, when I expressed my surprise upon discovering the breakfast options, the receptionist just laughed at me. That was unprofessional. During my 2-day trip, I could only drink coffee and had to purchase breakfast outside because I have an intolerance to lactose and high-fructose fruits. I don't recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel close to DC that includes breakfast. "

"Clean rooms, very easy to work with staff, food at restaurant was delicious, drinks were great and bar staff were wonderful. We had to wait for our event and the lobby was a safe and clean and cozy place to work and relax."

"The property is about a year old, and so is the surrounding area, so it's very clean. The staff does a good job of keeping it that way, and the facilities, especially the laundry, were very convenient because it allowed us to pack light for the week-long trip"
