"This was my first time at the Embassy suites in Greensboro. I had previously experienced the embassy suites in both Charlotte and Virginia. I was surprised by the need for upgrades at this location. However, the customer service that I experienced made up for the short in my expectations of the property itself. The staff was kind, friendly and understanding of my expression. I am satisfied with my experience at this location overall 10 out of 10 will recommend. special thank you to MAkayla. Whom took care of my concerns. I was not happy that the pool was not open, but because I booked through a third-party, I did not see the notification on the website however, we still enjoyed our stay."
