The experience is consistently pleasant—clean, comfortable rooms, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Whether it's a short stay or a few days, I've never been disappointed. The location is also ideal for my work trips, and I appreciate the quiet atmosphere after a busy day. This is such a great spot right on 3rd. Close and walkable to so much good food. Smelling fresh donuts from downstairs in the morning is a plus. The property manager was super responsive when I emailed for check-in instructions. Then being welcomed with a lovely room, restaurant recommendations, and free wine tasting was a super bonus. We were very comfortable and looking forward to staying at the Douglas again next time we visit.
