"Everything seemed good except when we wanted to have our room cleaned. The first day, we asked for a cleaning and they did not refresh the linens but merely made the beds (nothing done in the bathroom). The next time, I accidentally left a bag on one bed and so they didn’t touch that bed at all. ..."
