Your property is beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my stay. The apartment is spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the social/game room was a great bonus. With that said, I did run into a few issues during my stay.
The frameless double sliding shower door appears to be out of level, so it constantly slides to one side while showering. The bathroom tissue holder was also loose and appears to have been installed improperly.
On the second night, around 1:00 a.m., the carbon monoxide alarms began beeping. Since there isn't a phone to reach the front desk, I walked over to report it. I was told to remove the batteries because there was nothing else staff could do. Unfortunately, with a 12-foot ceiling and me standing at 4'10", that wasn't exactly an option. :-) I also wasn't comfortable disabling a safety device myself, since I believe that should be handled by the property's staff or maintenance team. Since I was checking out the next morning and wasn't offered another apartment, I didn't want to make a fuss, so I was grateful for my overpacking habit, I had earplugs!
In the end, I could only laugh at the combination of the self-closing shower door and the suggestion to remove batteries from an alarm I couldn't possibly reach. Despite these issues, I had a great stay. With a few maintenance fixes, this property would be outstanding. I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests."
