About this property

Patterson Place is cozy and has Beautiful Waterfront

  • UPDATE!! Lake McQueeney is scheduled to be lowered 8ft on March 27th 2023. We expect to still have 4-5ft deep water at the end of our dock but the lake will not be boatable after this date. The lake is expected to be drained for two years.


    This is a great little get away home on Beautiful Lake McQueeney. It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. It also has a den with bunk beds. It has a Nice Dining room and a fireplace in the living room making things cozy. This home has beautiful waterfront where you can swim, fish or just relax. On top of the boat dock you can lay out and soak up the sun. Spacious back yard to hangout with family and friends.
