"It was a very nice stay. Nice view of the lake. Breakfast was a true "continental". If you just want to grab a bagel and coffee in the morning, then it is good enough for you. Security of room not great. You could pull or push the door open when it was locked. Glad I was with my husband, would not feel safe if I was alone. George at the front desk was great. Super friendly and helpful and gave us great recommendations. Nice and close to town. Room was very clean and beds and pillows very comfortable."

"I read reviews complaining about this hotel and was hesitant to stay. I'm glad we did. Fair price, clean rooms, friendly staff. It's not a 5 star hotel. It's not advertised to be one. People complain about it like it should be. No complaints."

"Room was clean albeit a little dated, ac unit would automatically turn off and would need to turn it back on every few hours. Pool is under construction and not available. Breakfast was good with a few options."

"Beautiful setting on the lake. The colors were drab in the hotel. Needs a facelift , but clean. Loved sitting outside off our patio to eat the dinner we picked up. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice gift shop."
Adorable A-Frame Cabin 1

"We enjoyed our stay. The drive out to the cabin was absolutely beautiful. I got a picture of the Milky Way in the backyard. We loved that it was pet friendly, and our two teenagers really had a great time. We had some issues with things needing repaired, but the hosts were exceptionally responsive, attentive, and helpful. It really needs some updates and repairs made to it, but it is an older cabin in a rural area so that is to be expected. Overall, we had a good experience."
