The apartment is located in a private residence guarded 24/24. Its geographical location offers you the opportunity to enjoy the best beaches of the Mediterranean Sea (close to) and Atlantic (60 km). Tourist and historical sites (Tetouan, Tangier, Asilah, Chefchaouen ...). Sports activities such as: scuba diving, sailing, jet skiing, golf, horse riding, jogging ... You also have a tennis court and a large swimming pool inside the residence.
It is also located not far from the largest marina in Morocco namely Marina Smir and the future Ritz Carlton Hotel Tamuda Bay.

The apartment has all the necessary comforts and with its balcony you have not only a view of the pool, but also a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape (mountains ...).
