"The room was spacious, the bed was super comfy and it was one of my new favorite places to stay while in Atlanta. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Over all, I did not have any issues at all."

"The WORST stay I've ever had. The hotel stinks like mildew, the manager is rude and unhelpful, the air went out in our room and we had to switch rooms after midnight with not even a "sorry for the inconvenience". The cleaning staff woke us up by shouting down the hallway. They ignored Expedia when they called and emailed to address our complaints. Doesn't tell you that you also have to pay 60$ for parking and that's THE ONLY option besides finding public parking that charges a lot. Worst stay ever, I've never even left a review for anything before until this disgusting place. The manager is awful and will be no help to you."

"ENTIRE 4th floor smelled like weed. Talked past rooms either "no smoking" signs and clearly that wasnt enforced. It was so strong its all I could smell. Staff was unpleasant. You can clal it cultural or whatever, but working in hospitality the whole "black eye roll" crap is NOT OK. I dont need attitude from some woman that doesnt like her job or thinks its acceptable to act like Im inconveniencing her by asking her to do her JOB! Wont be staying here again. Sincerely considered just leaving, but my son was alresdy flying in from Miami. Keep your "cultural" disrespect to yourself and your people."

"Hilton has quite a bit to offer, shops, quite a few restaurants, numerous conference rooms, pickleball court, gym, etc., though I did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Hilton, it is convenient having that option. The rooms were clean, however, upon check-in, there was a sticky spot on the floor that I had set in that I had called and told guest services in person. Granted the time of night when guest services was told in person, I wasn’t expecting them to come right away, but wanted them to be aware. They sent up custodial help to clean the spot on the floor. The staff was extremely nice during my stay 10 out of 10 would stay here again."

"I stayed here Sat. June 6, 2026. The pool noted closed for the season it was hot and I just wanted to lay by the pool for some sun. I rented because I thought it had a pool. Why would it be closed in June? All in all it’s close to the airport which was what I needed and convenient. It’s not the normal type of hotel I stay in, but it served its purpose."
