"We were blown away by their friendly service from the moment that we stepped through the door. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that the shower had dispensers instead of the small bottles of product that you usually get at a hotel. We were in town for a convention so we did not get to partake in the dinner, but the breakfast was great! We highly recommend this location and look forward to staying here again when in town."

"The bathtub was extremely slippery. There should be a rubber mat or some kind of adhesive strips inside the tub to prevent a fall while standing. Apart from that complaint, we enjoyed our stay. "

"My room looked wonderful, newly refurbished and there was ongoing renovation happening on the lower floors. Although the decor was lovely, certain aspects of the room were impractical (for example, very dim mood lighting in the bathroom, which made it nearly impossible to use the bathroom mirror). I felt like I had stepped into a hotel in the process of being turned into a boutique hotel to fulfill a new owner's vision, but still mid-transformation."
