Old, rundown, dirty building. Elevator had been out of service over a month they said. Nobody's at front desk for over half an hour waiting to check. We got there after 3:00 and couldn't get free cancellation. Stay away.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel and could not stay there and vacated few minutes after check in and of course they have processed the refund. Rooms are not maintained well at all. No pillows and blankets in the room and heater is not working. Though they have provided the portable heater, there is no convenient port to plug it… 😬 They put an old lady at the reception desk. Though she is kind and polite, and even offer us different rooms to put us in. But all the rooms situation is same. So we could not stay there. I really feel sorry for her!! Kindly look into this situation and sort it out, so that no other will fall into same situation as mine, especially with family and kids. Thanks!

Woman at check-in not friendly at all. Checked into my room and discovered there was no Wi-Fi and the TV was malfunctioning; this was the case my entire stay. Went down for breakfast the next morning and there was no sugar for coffee, no milk for cereal, bread but nothing to put on it, no apple juice or cranberry juice (only water came out of the machine). Room wasn't cleaned at all during my three-day stay. If nearby motels hadn't been more expensive I would have moved after one day.

We waited 20 minutes to get checked in, the room had no card keys when we checked in, the floor was dirty and sticky, the shower curtain was stained on the bottom with what I think was mildew, the bottom sheet was also stained with what looked like mildew and the lighting was very dim - not suitable for reading.

My doctors appointment was changed from may 28th to April 3rd. So we changed our reservation from May 27 and 28 to April 2 and 3. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.

Don’t stay here

Hotel is old and run down, badly in need of major updates. Sheet didn’t fit mattress so corners kept coming loose; one, flimsy blanket wasn’t very warm. Noisy due to truck traffic on nearby interstate. Worst thing, which I didn’t notice until next morning, was the plastic bag wrapped over the smoke detector.

Area was nice. The hotel itself was dirty, we had to have our room changed when we checked in bc the bed was dirty and window was wide open with no screen or lock on the first level. Sound carried room to room and it was extremely dated. Front desk staff was nice and changed our room immediately.

Fine but not great

Overall the hotel was fine, but not great. The room was clean, but small. The hallways however smelled dirty and were dark. Our first room smelled of smoke even though it was non- smoking. Staff was great and moved us without difficulty. Free breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast. For the price it was fine, but I’m glad we didn’t pay the regular room rate.

The property is run down. The air conditioner in our room only worked sporadically, making the room very hot and humid. We stayed 4 nights. Housekeeping never came to our room. I had to go to the front desk and get towels and toilet paper. The WiFi was terrible.

Booked a room with a queen bed. Checked in and was put in a room with a double bed. Told the front desk and they moved us to a different room, which that room was slightly bigger, but still did not have a queen bed. It was only a double. Tv was fuzzy and had a terrible picture.
