"This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. "The staff were very helpful, professional and polite. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The young lady on reception was amazing, nothing was to much trouble for her. She's a credit to the hotel. The whole experience was brilliant, very relaxing stay before we continued our journey to Newquay. We will definitely be staying again in the future."

"Wonderful setting, hotel and grounds were lovely, staff were all helpful, layout of hotel was quite confusing for us as we were located on the 1st floor, this meant we had to go upstairs to go down to floor 1 - took a bit of time to get used to. Room was large and great toiletries provided in rooms. The spa was great, relaxation room perfect. We ate in the steak restaurant and food was exceptional. Considering this was not a city centre hotel was surprised to have to pay for parking, of which there were plenty of spaces when we arrived."
