Heating set at 16deg. in the middle of winter !Hostess indifferent , realised her responsibility, refused to speak to us and told the agency to ask us to leave due to heating problems and her concern with her insurance Gave full refund but our stay to be near our family was ruined due to lack of maintenance. "The house was fantastic. We have rented many houses over the years, but this one was really great. Nice owners. Beautiful location. Superb environment. It was like living in an episode of Downtown Abby and Bridgerton! Everything you needed was present in the cottage."

"The cottage was very quirky and filled with nick nacks and excess furniture. It looked like the owners still lived there. The spare bedroom ceiling had just been replastered and was still drying !! We had trouble with one of the toilets but this was dealt with very quickly and I have no complaints about the property manager. None of the electrical equipment was PAT tested."
