Dune Haven 1 is a quality built 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. It is perfect for large groups as it it spacious inside and out. There is a large picnic table and firepit. There is plenty of parking and located only 1 mile from the dunes. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Don't be surprised if you see deer, turkeys, rabbits and other wildlife in the backyard.

No parking on lawn. Leave cottage the way it was when you arrived. Windows and doors shut and locked. Dishes clean and put away, etc.
Strip used bed sheets. Leave bedding on the bed. All trash should be disposed of in the garbage can outside. Take trash can to road Sunday evening.
