The neighbor had their TV up very loud on an off until 2:30 am (So loud that I could still hear it through earplugs). I tried to call the front desk to have them ask the occupants to turn it down, however, the front desk phone was unattended at 2:00am when I called. I was under the impression that night managers are meant to be available during the early morning hours. I would also suggest hotels to have some kind of volume limit on TVs so that they cannot disrupt the neighboring rooms. Especially during sleeping hours."

"Our room was very basic and old. Bed was comfortable but the room needs major update. Bathroom slider door needs to be replaced. Our toilet leaked all night and the outlets did not work. Severely dissapointed."

"Very clean and spacious room. Would book here again. The front desk staff was not very friendly. One safety risk I didn't like was the parking pass you get has your room number on it and is displayed on your dashboard. Anyone walking by could see that and just walk in the hotel and gonstaright to your room. This definitely needs to be changed."
