A stay at the Jefferson is a MUST! Gorgeous facility, staff is phenomenal, great location. The Christmas decorations are beautiful too!

Bathroom in room needs additional hooks for towels and shower head adjustment arm was lose and foucet leaked after showers and toilet paper could ve softer. Lights against building were ridiculously bright and even came through the black out curtains.

Perfect location, multiple diners and restaurants within walking distance, amenities were spotless, inviting, and cozy. Great detailed communication with the host and one of the best stays we've ever had! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Nice little place to stay for a few days in downtown Richmond. Walking distance to some great places to eat like Perly's and Lillie Pearl.Hosts warn that parking is on a first-come basis but there were spots available and this was marathon weekend.

This hotel is just so convenient to shops, dining, and to hospital to take care of friend in the hospital.
Very central location. Perfect area for traveling with small children. Close to downtown and short pump without the traffic.
