Germany family holiday
Convenient location but opposite deserted factory with poor views. House in poor repair. No instructions about bins/recycling or bin collection and 1 outside bin full of maggots No information re local facilities ie not really geared up to visitors from overseas. No information re parking ie we arrived with 2 hire cars. Facilities in house ok No information re how tv worked and Satellite did not work

Das Ferienhaus ist insgesamt in einem nicht sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind eigentlich ganz nett eingerichtet, aber überall mit Mängeln. Im Wohnzimmer, das recht klein ist, befinden sich zwei Stufen, die zum Balkon führen. Die Gummiumrandung der gefliesten Stufen ist halb abgerissen, die Tür an einem Kleiderschrank lässt sich nicht öffnen, im Bad gibt es keine Heizung, die Schubladen in der Küche waren nicht wirklich sauber. Der Hauptmangel war aber das Wasser, dass stinkend und modrig aus dem Hahn kommt. Wir haben dann stilles Wasser zum täglichen Gebrauch gekauft. Sind dann auch einen Tag früher abgereist. Wenn man die Unterkunft mal richtig in Schuss halten würde, wäre es eigentlich ganz schön.

Prinzipiell gut , aber mit Abstrichen
Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter war sehr gut. Konnten sogar 1 Stunde früher nach Absprache eincecken, weil wir Babys dabei hatten. Wir - 5 Erwachsene 3 Kids zwischen 3 Mon. und 7 Jahren. Alle Zimmer nett und sauber eingerichtet +schönem Balkon. Ausserdem ist das Haus sehr kinderfreunlich .Mit Kaufmannsladen, Kinderbücher, Puppe , der Gartenbereich lud zum Spielen ein. Treppe war abgesichert. Nur, so wie beschrieben, dass 8 Erwachsene im Haus Platz haben, halte ich für sehr sportlich. Kleine Küche. Im unteren "Badezimmer" nur Toilette + Waschbecken mit Kaltwasseranschluss. Oberes Badezimmer sehr schön, aber wenn sich 8 Pers. fertig machen sollen braucht man genügend Zeit. Für den Föhn benötigt man ein Verlängerungskabel um sich im Spiegel auch sehen zu können. Es gab genügend Platz am großen Esstisch - aber nur ein 2 -Sitzer Sofa. Wir hatten trotzdem eine gute Zeit - mit wie gesagt, einigen Einschräckungen.

Schönes Haus, bisschen klein für die Personenanzahl
Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt, allerdings ist das Wohnnzimmer für die inserierten 8 Personen definitiv zu klein. Das Thema zieht sich über die meisten Bereiche, auch Esstisch und Küche waren eher klein. Grundsätzlich war das ok für uns, wir sind da nicht so anspruchsvoll, was uns aber wirklich geärgert hat, waren die unpassenden Töpfe und Schüsseln. Wenn man ein Ferienhaus für 8 Personen anbietet, erwarte ich große Töpfe und große Pfannen, die Bolognese Sauce musste ich in drei Pfannen zubereiten, die Nudeln dazu in zwei Töpfen kochen. Das funktioniert vorne und hinten nicht. Da besteht Nachbesserungsbedarf!
