"We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful Riad- we loved the original features of the property- the woodwork, decorative stonework was stunning. The decor was authentic and very welcoming and comfortable. We had all the facilties we needed and it was great o relax in the pool when it was too hot to go out. The staff were amazing and looked after us very well. If we needed anything rhey were always there to help and provided the best service. The managers Mariam and Marwaan were brilliant as well as Ali who served us with a wonderful breakfast every morning on the patio area outside our room. He would cater for our needs and even provide us with an earlier breakfast if needed. Overall we had a great experience at the Riad and the location was perfect as it was in walkable distance to many historical places of interest and the square near the mosque were we would sit mist evenings after having been out or returning from the souks. Just near the Riad there were many wonderful food shops and juice bars - we would highly recommended eating from around the Riad as it was great value for money especially the places with their own barbecue style cookers. My husband tried one of the local barbers and had a wonderful experience there. There are ample places to buy souvenirs too- basically everywhere you need is on your doorstep literally at this Riad in the Kasabah. A highly recommended place to stay indeed.
