Not a family friendly location
Let me start by saying the apartment itself is beautiful, great location and secluded at the same time. It also has very nice views of the city. The building, service, and communication from the host is where it gets bad. There’s signs all over the building saying no to sex tourism but it seems that this is all the building is used for. We were 2 families with 4 children in total but everytime we walked in and out of the apartment all we saw was single guys picking up prostitutes from the lobby, day and night. The elevators smell like marihuana too so basically this should be listed as a bachelor pad stay. We rented the place for 8 people total including one baby and the host leaves exactly 7 towels. Even though there is a jacuzzi to use you’re supposed to use the jacuzzi and then shower in the morning with the same towels I guess. When I asked her about it she said that’s what the robes are for. Have you ever seen what an adult robe looks like on a 6,5, 3, and 1 year old? One of the kids also got sick and vomitted one night and the next day the host threatened to charge us for everything and claimed it was blood, also to respect the property. First of all it’s chocolate milk not blood and kids can get sick. Second, it looks like no one else in the building respects the rules so a baby getting sick shouldn’t be too much of an issue. I guess she’s just more used to the sex tourism thing and leaving sheets covered in other fluids. Definitely not a family stay.
