Our paid and confirm reservation was not found. We had to spent hours to try to solve it and could not . We wsited until midnight to get an answer but had to find another hotel so we could have a place to sleep. The new hotel was more expensive as it was the only one available. This was a terrible experience in a city we did not know anyone.
