What a fabulous hotel! I travel a lot (weekly) and stay at lots of business chain hotels and was a little nervous about staying at an independent hotel at a relatively low rate but was super impressed with everything. The hotel has breathtaking views at each landing, is close to good restaurants and the in-hotel restaurant is great. Simple food but served with a smile. English was limited but it all worked. I rarely write reviews but loved this place!

I stayed there for 6 days and everyone was friendly and helpful even though I had to communicate with an english/spanish app. The breakfasts were pretty good. The spaghetti for dinner was great. I would definitely stay there again. You can't go wrong. Just let the shower run about 5 minutes to get hot. And take the plastic covers off the pillows. HA!

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and courteous always ready to help with anything that i need. The rooms are clean and it is equipped with everything you to spend couple of days or a week or more time in the facilities.

The hotel is located in an really nice area. You can find anything you need nearby. From restaurants, shopping center, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, little stores and even pharmacy.

The staff at this place was above exceptional. They take your security and privacy seriously. They went above and beyond to deliver my personal belongings to the airport on a short notice when circumstances prevented me from going back to the hotel. Can't thank them enough!

The staff at this property was above exceptional. There was a situation that prevented me from returning back to the hotel to retrieve my luggage. The staff went above and beyond to volunteer and deliever my luggage to the airport. Can't Thank her and the staff enough!

Very modern and in a centric location. The onsite staff was vary nice however, in more then 1 ocation that I had to go to the check in desk, the staff was having work related(not guest related conversation) I would have until they finished their semi private meetings. In my opinion they should solve my needs and questions and then get on with their business matters Cleaness of the rooms can be worked on,but acceptable

Hotel is what you expect for the price you pay however they had no hot water for my whole stay and kept telling me lies as to why it was happening. Until my last day the staff came clean and told me the truth about having a big issue with plumbing and expecting a tech next Monday. I think i should be compensated for this shortcoming. I get sick if i have to shower with cold water. The staff is a mix of super nice people and some not so nice.
