Rooms are claustrophobic prison cells w/a balcony and some w/o a balcony. And the noise of motorcycles, cars, trucks, and street music is 24/7. The reason their non refundable.

No Air conditioner. The room gets too warm, very uncomfortable. They only provide a small inadequate fan that operates on a timer. When the timer runs out you have to get out of the bed and rewind the timer to start the fan again. This was not good. There was one usable window that I opened regrettably, because the mosquitoes had a feast on me once I finally fell asleep, even though I had the shade pulled over the window. The mattress was too soft for my back. The bathroom did not have a de-fogger blower, therefore, whenever the hot water is used, the mirror fogs up. The glass shower door seems to be too big for the space, and will not secure properly. The glass door keeps opening inward while you're taking a shower. It's a small shower, you have to keep your foot against the door to keep the closed so it doesn't open in on you, taking up the small shower space and allowing the water to get into the area where the toilet is located. The floor towel then becomes soaked and useless when you exit the shower. Other than the above mentioned items, the hotel was in a nice and safe area. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fue mejor de lo que esperaba, Andrés fue muy respetuoso y siempre estuvo disponible para nosotros, la habitación estaba muy bien equipada (tenía sal, aceite y café que son cosas q usualmente uno tiene q comprar cuando va a un apartamento o suite con cocina, y como estuvimos solo dos noches no hubiésemos comprado, pero pudimos preparar nuestros desayunos con tranquilidad) con utensilios de cocina. La habitación estaba limpia y bien organizada, el jacuzzi muy cómodo al igual que la terraza. Aspectos a mejorar: La habitación usualmente estaba caliente, ellos ponen ventiladores pero sería excelente si hacen el upgrade a AC. La limpieza del agua del jacuzzi también estaría muy bien. En términos generales voy a volver, por el precio es mucho más de lo que esperaba y me sentí muy cómodo. 9.5/10
