Great location with great amenities. The perfect place to be near all of the great restaurants and bars of Park Lleras and Provenza, yet in a quiet area. Perfect for anyone that also has work to do with a great work station and fast internet. Here you can live like a local yet you are still close enough to all the tourist areas if you want to go out but without all the noise. Central location of the city, easy access to everywhere. In the building is a pool to relax by and 24 hour security.

This is a large spacious apartment. 2 bedrooms bath 2 bathrooms with an office. Open living room / kitchen combination. Nice balcony where you can enjoy a coffee and relax. High speed internet (200mb) and large screen tv. The building is quiet and has a very central location in Medellin with easy access to all parts of the city. The building has 24 hour security, parking, and a pool to swim and grab some sun. There is a washer/dryer, full kitchen, with all amenities, air conditioning, smart tv, coded door lock, and more. This apartment was recently renovated and everything is NEW!
