The apartment is completely furnished with modern sofas, a perfect wood table in the dining area with 4 chairs, a washer and dryer, all utensils and dishes, nice looking and modern decoration, high-speed wifi, one large desk in the study and a small desk in the second room, 2 Smart TVs, Coffee machine, oven and several mirrors around the apartment.

Guests have access to all the facilities of the condo: Pool, gym, recreational park, lobby, building social room, public and private parking, and green zones.
