It is laid out as one open space, living and sleeping together. 35 sqm for 2 guests. There is one bathroom.



The bedroom has a queen bed. It also has fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, iron and room-darkening shades.



The full kitchen comes with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cookware and tableware. There is a washer. For working there is a workspace.



The bathroom is stocked with towels, shampoo, body soap and hot water.



In the building: lift access, a doorman and a private entrance.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- Names of each guest

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)

- Estimated time of arrival



Please be advised that construction is currently taking place in the building. Noise and significant dust may occur throughout the project.

The construction is expected to last approximately two years, with working hours from 7:00/8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.



Please be advised that renovations will begin today in apartment 301, which may cause some noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
