The entire facility is clean and well organized. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The on site SPA is a big plus. Nice thermal baths and steam room. Loved the experience. I wrecommend this hotel if you want to relax.

My stay was great. The climate control was working when it wanted to so I would get cold or hot at times. But I liked the lighting system and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was tasty even though the menu didn’t clearly point out which selections were gratis. The rooftop lounge was great and has a very cool atmosphere. The pizza is amazing too.

My overall stay was great; however, the room I was assigned to the shower seemed clogged and water was taking long to drain. I spoke to reception and it got taken care of right away. A day or so later, the shower handle to open/close water stopped working. I reached out to reception and it got taken care of, I was moved to another room with the help of the gentleman in reception. The breakfast is limited and the service needs improvement. The spa though, a wonderful experience. Daniela made sure we were taken care of. Overall, I would return, but would hope the next time is better. The room was small but comfortable for one person.

I had a wonderful stay at Wellcomm Spa & Hotel. The service was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was very comfortable, modern, and perfectly designed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was amazing and delicious, with great quality and variety. The waiter was extremely polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. The check-in process was very personalized; unfortunately, I forgot the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was cleaned and made up every day, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay at Wellcomm Spa & Hotel again very soon.
