"The Winchester is idealic. Its so quaint and pretty. They thought of every detail down to a personal greeting in the room and reservations for their complimentary breakfast, which was like eating at a high end restaurant, and the bed is made by the time you return. The room was so clean, and the towels and bedding were really high quality. And the staff were fantastic! I really look forward to staying here again"

"George was awesome. The cookies and milk YUM ! The pool was nice. I liked the fact that you needed your room key to open the security gate to then access your guest room or the pool gate as well. Breakfast was good, enough options for a quick bite. "

"Excellent boutique hotel. Walk to all the restaurants and the OSF. Our only negative would be our room on the first floor had a loud neighbor above, and we were right next to the kitchen which gears up early to serve an excellent breakfast. "

"Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. OSF is within walking distance. Safeway is across the street, which was handy. Even though the hallways weren’t carpeted (which I though would result in hearing people walking in the halls), I didn’t hear any other guests at night. "

"Our non-smoking room was in need of repair with peeling paints/molded bathroom. Both queen beds had strong smoking odor. 3 out of 4 times that we came out of the room, we ran into smokers congregating in the parking lot a few feet from our door."
