The fireplace was wonderful. The laundry was very easy to use. The entire house was spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked. We will be staying there again. I would like to leave a photo however, I’m not sure how to do that. I’m lacking in commuter skills!
Home is clean, spacious and beautiful with a wonderfully equipped kitchen. The back patio is perfect for morning coffee and the neighborhood is clean and quiet. All the amenities needed for a stay away from home. I would highly recommend this BnB.
This is our second time staying at this house. Just like the first time, it was clean and well-stocked, and the communication with the owner was great and responsive. We come to Medford to see family; this house is in a great location and quiet. We will definitely stay again on our next trip!
This is a spacious single level home. Every room a good sized. Very comfortable for our family meals and gathering by the gas fireplace. Perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. We would definitely book this home again.
Great location, quiet neighborhood, nice and well-maintained backyard. House was well stocked and had everything that was needed. Very clean house. Communication was great, very prompt, got all of our access stuff in plenty of time. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful, comfy home and a well-stocked kitchen. Super comfy beds. Perfect for my 84-year-old parents, my husband, and me visiting my brother’s family for Mother’s Day weekend. The backyard is a garden delight right now. Host Carol is very thoughtful and communication was great.
The house was very comfortable and located in a nice quiet area. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the welcome basket! We were a little disappointed that the fountain in the backyard still looked like it was winterized (covered in black plastic) despite it being after Memorial Day. However, we didn’t end up hanging out in the backyard so it wasn’t a problem. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
We've been coming to Medford to visit my parents for 25 years. Now that my mom is alone and in memory care, we try to come 3 or 4 times a year. It's good to see her, but it can be draining, so at the end of the day we just want to relax and unwind. The busy, noisy hotels don't work for us anymore. This house checked off all the boxes for us. It's clean, has a nice kitchen if you want to cook, tv and great gas fireplace in the living room, beds are comfortable ... it feels like home. The neighborhood is pretty and it's quiet. The owners are accessible and easy to work with. We look forward to coming back here every time!
The house was just so well situated and equipped for my husband, brothers and I. We were gathering for the grand daughters’ marriage celebration. Thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the house and outdoor patio area. It was so pleasant dining outdoors on the couple evenings we were at the house having meals. And a beautiful welcoming basket including 2 wine selections that was so thoughtful!
Our one difficulty was the mattress in the corner bedroom which was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Otherwise our stay was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the house. Thank you so much! It was just what we’d hoped for while we were in town connecting with or family!
This is the only place we stay when we come to Medford to visit my elderly mother. This time it was a quick 3 nights, just me and my adult niece. I walk in the door and I feel like I'm in my own vacation home. Everything is familiar to me and it's comfortable. This trip was busy with Mom, so we didn't cook and we didn't turn on the tv, we just chilled. Usually my husband is with me and he's happy on the couch watching his favorite channels and apps. The internet is nice and strong. The backyard was beautiful with the beautiful flowering trees and roses, so we sat under the overhang and watched the birds. I've lost track of how many times we've stayed here, but it's something like 9 times in a year and a half. It feels like home! Thank you to Carol and Paul for welcoming us back every time!
I was in Medford in mid-November 2024 to visit my mother and take care of some business. I was happy to see that this home was available. My sister and niece joined me on this trip. My husband and I have stayed here many times (10 +/-) over the last 3 years. It's comfortable, clean, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood and QUIET. We don't do hotels anymore. The owners are in touch, the house rules are clear, we fly into Medford close to midnight and go straight to the house. When we arrive, Carol, the warm and friendly owner, has already been in touch and sent me the key code. We feel like we are coming home when we walk in the door. There is coffee waiting for you to make a cup in the morning. It's a quiet, residential neighborhood on the west side of town, a beautiful backyard for relaxing and bird viewing, you're close to the west mountains and Jacksonville, yet also near to everything in Medford. You can cook and barbeque or go to the restaurants nearby. We plan our visits to my mom around the availability of this house. It is that good!
This home is beautiful and was very welcoming and homey. It was a perfect location close to the airport and not far to drive to the redwoods. The cupboards are well stocked with pans, dishes and whatever you need. There were puzzles and games and our grandson enjoyed playing Rumikub. It was great having a washer and dryer. The owners communication was great and she was very helpful. She gave wonderful directions to the place from the airport. We would definitely stay here again!
