The master suite features a soaking tub, glass-surround shower, double vanity. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bath room & exit to covered patio. Guest have access to the full house and yard, except for the garage. There is parking in the drive way for up to 2 cars. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and features views of the Rogue Valley hills. It is near RoxyAnn Winery, historic Jacksonville and Ashland are only 20 minutes away, with other nearby cities with many activities. There are 2 medical centers in town which are both a 10 minute drive away. The house is in a beautiful area of East Medford close to many activities including shopping, grocery stores, hospitals, theaters, Including in the Shakespearean theater in Ashland and Mountain Ashland with skying and the Britt festival in Jacksonville. Perfect weekend in Medford

Robert and Ida's home was perfect. It was very clean and had all the essentials for our weekend in Medford. I'd definitely recommend staying at this home and would stay again if our travels brought us back to Medford.

House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Robert reacted quickly to a couple of things that needed taken care of. One small problem is the fast loud traffic on Hillcrest, but it would not prevent us from staying there again.

Wonderful four night stay in Medford!

The home was spacious, well appointed, and perfect for our small family gathering. We were out and about during the day, but it was a delight to return each afternoon to this nice peaceful spot. Highly recommend! Dan & Rosemary Hole.....several light bulbs need to be replaced and mirrors in the downstairs bedrooms would be a welcome addition.

Charming Medford home

Overall my son, my 2 dogs and I were very happy with our stay. I loved the induction cooktop. Also the neighborhood is great for dog walking, especially if you head to nearby Aerial Heights road, which is mostly an unpaved road and has a rural feel.

Enjoyed our stay in Medford

We had a very comfortable stay at this property in Medford. This house is relatively new. There was good separation between the upper and lower levels that allowed our grandchild to sleep without being disturbed by noise upstairs. The hosts responded promptly to our questions.

Daughter's wedding

This home was perfect for our family as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. The house met all our needs. It was clean, and well stocked with towels, blankets, and toiletries. The location was perfect for errands and close to the wedding venue. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. Our only issue was the loud traffic on Hillcrest made it a bit difficult to enjoy the back deck, but this was a very minor issue. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!
