"As late as 8:30pm the apartment we booked had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Unmade bed, dirty towels, etc. We contacted the lady who had checked us in, only to be told that it wasn’t her responsibility to have the apartment cleaned but that she would try to find someone to do that. When we called her again a little later first she wouldn’t pick up, then proceeded to yell at us. At this point we just left the apartment and checked into a different hotel. "Fantastic spot, great area easy to find, loads of spots around for food, drink, shopping, tourist attractions. "

"The first and biggest problem is that the apartment smelt like a sewer and the smell became worse by the day. On top of that, it was so damp that my clothes were moist. The aircon didn’t work. This was a problem in March when it wasn’t even 15 degrees so must be hell in the summer. The TV didn’t work either. Very, very basic amenities and stupid things like an iron but no ironing board. "Cute, clean place to stay. The street can be a little loud at night but that's only because of the active nightlife. Parking is challenging in this neighborhood so keep that in mind if you're renting a car. "

"We had a great time at the apartment. Everything you might need was there and it was very spacious. We were especially happy about the air-conditioned bed rooms."

"Great communication by owner up until arrival. Once issues were idetfied and arose it became sporradic and no one showed up to take care of the issues. Apartment was not cleaned for what seems like weeks prior our arrival. Really filthy. Once escalated we had to stay behind and deal with cleaning staff ourselves rather than owner. Couch/bed was broken upon arrival and never fixed. So listed three beds were never actually available."

"Isolated. Have to walk up a Hill for 30 minutes with luggage. First supermarkt is in another village. ( Marzabotto ) We walked for 40 minutes to buy Some food and water. We booked and payed for 3 nights but left afther 1 night. Never met te owner in person, only spoke through whats app. The studio is really nice and okay and nature surronding has beauty but there is nothing you can do with it. There is nothing there. You need a car and that should be very clear when you book!"

"Margherita is an engaging and accommodating host. She was even willing to help me with my Italian. I couldn't have asked for a better neighborhood or a better apartment."

"The property host was very helpful and answered questions quickly, he even came over to help me. The property was so cute, and clean. The bed I slept in was so nice and the area quiet. All of the accommodations at this property lived up to my expectations and were as nice as any high end hotel. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Great place, central to all monuments, cafes and shopping centres. Only thing, attention to detail when cleaning rooms and restocking supplies such as toilet paper, water, tea bags and cups as we had to ask for them but should be expected for a 4 star hotel. Other than that, it was amazing."
