Welcome to InnHabit – Medicine Park’s one-of-a-kind tiny house village built for unforgettable memories, big laughs, and cozy vibes! Imagine a two-story tiny houses. It’s the ultimate grown-up fort – sleeping up to 8 of your favorite people. Each unit comes decked out with a SmartTV, WiFi, mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig, bar sink, and the cutest little bathroom you’ve ever seen.



The Space:

The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. A River Runs Through It is one of the first floor tiny houses, and it is located directly behind the gazebo in the center. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall.



Guest Access:

Guests that reserve A River Runs Through It will have their own patio with 2 swinging hammock chairs and a separate bistro set. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds.

Note: The upstairs landings and rooftop decks are for second floor guests only. Please enjoy the incredibly comfortable swinging hammock chairs on your patio!



The Neighborhood:

InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park surrounded by the Wichita Mountains. Onsite at InnHabit are Little Bear Street Eats restaurant, The Refuge Ale House bar, Little Bear Sweet Eats dessert shop, Misty’s Popcorn shop, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars shop. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk away.



We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events. In the Heart of Medicine Park, Right outside of Fort Sill perfect for Basic Training Graduation.



Getting Around:

InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot!

A River Runs Through It. (downstairs, sleeps 4) is a Fishermans dream – kick back on hammock chairs on your private patio after landing the big one.

Full Throttle Garage (upstairs, sleeps 4) celebrates auto racing and the love of fast cars. This second-floor unit includes a large private upper deck with spectacular views.

Gather at the grain bin gazebo, fire up the grill, or stroll just a few steps to heart of Medicine Park—bars, boutiques, bath lake, and the best bites in town.

You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time.
