I called a few days before my trip to see if I could extend a day because I was planning to come earlier. They apologized and said the hotel was booked solid. Not a problem- they told me I should be able to check in early on my arrival date!! The people on the phone were nice. The check in process was easy, smooth and the desk people were friendly. DELICIOUS buffet breakfast. Casino workers were friendly. Bed, pillows, comforter- SO COZY. Shower- spacious, great water flow, great water temp. I honestly have zero complaints about this property and it WILL be my new KB lodging go-to!!!!"
