Resepsiyonda çalışan hanım ve beyler profesyonel kibar ve sevecenler, resepsiyonu bi kere dahi boş görmedim, bu güven veren bir özellik. Temizlik çalışanlarıda güleryüzlü ve titizdi. Ancak ses yalıtımı sıfır bu hotelde, sağ ve sol odalardan yukarıdan her ses direkt odadaydı. Tartışma, konuşma, duş, tuvalete gittiklerinde çıkarılan tüm sesler vs olduğu gibi duyuluyordu.....
