"The desk staff were very good and helpful, the hotel was a breath of fresh air with the rooms being great. The staff at the restaurant were poor and need help with organization. We were five persons and our food took about 40 minutes to come out and some food was missing. The convenience and location of the hotel is perfect to start and end your Italy vacation, no need to worry about missing your flight."

"The room was good, staff were nice. The breakfast was disorganized and scarce. Empty serving dishes... Only the omelet bar was operating and she kept mixing up orders. No place to sit inside so we ate in the heat."

"The front desk workers were most helpful with everything.They purchased train tickets for the first leg of my journey as well as how to buy them at the station. I had forgot an item and got it back on my way out of Madrid. Good system. The location was convenient, museums were walkable or a short cab ride. Its also close to major plazas(Sol, Mayor) Very good breakfast. Honey hive!"

"Plenty of good tasting food. Very large resort but very busy. Staff are very friendly. Could do with a few more activities around like badminton courts etc. Kids club is a little basic. Rooms are fine. Clean. Reasonable size. Overall we enjoyed the stay."
