Their doctor's office isn't helpful; you have to pay for any service, as it's not included. The nurse refused to even check my son's ears for a possible infection. She was completely useless and couldn't perform basic tasks. Seeing a nurse is free, but the nurse acts more like a receptionist. If you need basic care, like checking a throat or ears, she has to call the doctor, who charges $100 for the visit.

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was much newer, cleaner, and more spacious than many other hotels we've stayed at in Italy. The style and layout felt more like an American hotel ā modern, comfortable, and very functional.
The amenities were excellent. We especially appreciated the free laundry facilities, which are rare in Europe. The rooftop bar was a highlight ā great atmosphere, excellent drinks, and an incredible view. The pool was small but nicely done, and the entire experience felt easy and relaxing.
One thing to note is that the hotel is quite large, and navigating between buildings requires changing elevators. Itās not difficult, but if youāre in a rush, it can be a bit inconvenient. Still, it's a small trade-off for the overall comfort and quality.
I think this hotel is best suited for families and younger travelers. While there are elevators and itās accessible, I wouldnāt necessarily recommend it for older guests looking for a smaller, more central boutique-style stay. That said, itās still a much more comfortable option compared to many of the older, smaller hotels in Europe.
The location is a bit outside the city center, but still very manageable with public transportation or taxis.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return."
