"Located within a 3 minute walk from the central train station. Glam fits the decor of the hotel well. No english tv channels tho. Within walking distance to many eateries!"

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although it keeps an air of an old grand dame of the 1950s (decor), it has very contemporary touches (A/C, ceiling fan, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, kettle) and is very clean. The breakfast is generous and varied. The staff are all multilingual, very kind and helpful. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just a block and a half from Milano Centrale train station. I completely recommend it."

"Breakfast has a good variety in both the warm & cold sections. However, would prefer the warm section varies the items daily. Good to note that complimentary water (2 bottles) is only provided on day of check-in - something not practiced in many hotels I have visited."

"The only observation was that our delux twin room was nothing like the picture, which showed spacious, large room. We could only just squeeze down the side of the beds and wall. But as we were only there 5 nights we managed."
