"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. The breakfast was amazing! and set us up nicely for each day. I could go on and on!, I picked the best place to stay and would happily go there again we had a wonderful time. "Stayed one night prior to a very early morning flight out of Verona Airport. Wish the restaurant would have opened earlier than 7:00 PM so that we could have had a bite to eat before going to bed at 7:30."

"Location location location. This one ticks the boxes. Just inside the bridge onto the island it is right next to the shops, bars and restaurants and next to the ferry pier. Everything is a very short walk. We had a room with a small balcony overlooking the water and ferry pier. Well appointed and comfortable. The hotel is old and classic historic in some ways and a little tired in others. The only negative was the AC in the room did not cope with an early June heat. We set it to 19 but the room never got below 23 making it difficult to sleep at night. You can’t have the windows open as there are loads of flying insects hanging around. I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. "
