"We were able the relax in the fairly private pool for several days and have a little fire in the fire pit, which is all we needed to unwind. Close proximity to amenities is nice in case you forget something, you won't have to drive far and be out all day. The house is old but updated, it has a great character that we liked a lot. Home is well stocked with paper products, linens, and coffee. The neighbors are quiet and we all kept to ourselves. Gas grill works great! New gas stove works great!...

"We needed a place for my family to stay while we attended a funeral. It was enough room for us but, the house needs some cosmetic work."

"The host is friendly and even let us visit their small horses and their dogs. They left snacks, coffee and even some eggs from their chickens. If you don't like lots of people and noise, this is the place for you. Be aware that it has steps, a high step over tub with no grab handles, and is a little slippery. It has one bed and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom is open to the living room/kitchen to allow air flow from the air conditioner/heater in the bedroom. "

From the front porch (and swing) and the back patio, to the beautiful hard wood floors and claw-foot tub, no guest could want for anything.
