Terrible apartment experience

Apartment terrible. Shower wasn't cleaned properly for ages. Bathroom door had water damage. Tv rather than stay in the bedroom it was in the tiny kitchen. We can barely move in there No wifi service on the room just public areas. Our on internet didn't work there. Our kid couldn't lay down to watch tv in bed because the tv is in the kitchen wall. Principal door handle doesn't work properly. Spider web around the apartment. Damaged walls ... We took pictures to share. Air-conditioner not working and dirty outside.

Der Aufenthalt in Medulin war super Kroatien Ist wirklich schön, schöne Buchten schöner Strand ,Essen war gute das war alles toll. Unterkunft war sehr zentral. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß gehen in der Anlage. Die Wohnung aber hätte sauberer sein können, ein Fernseher vorhanden, der defekt war. Küche nur mit dem allernötigsten ausgestattet. Küchenstühle waren sehr verdreckt. Aber sonst ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Ausstattung etwas alt aber das hat kein einfluss auf die bewertung da man dies auf den fotos bereits gesehen hat. Sauberkeit war ok, die betten wurden nach 7 tagen bezogen. Und für die tägliche reinigung hatte man diverse Utensilien. Der pool, die anlage und der fußballplatz sind mega cool. Die Preisgestaltung für Lebensmittel sind für mich manchmal fragwürdig gewesen, da es oft deutlich teurer war als wie wir es kennen. Das Personal war sehr kulant. Da wir krankheitsbedingt leider früher fahren mussten, hatte das personal sehr viel Verständnis und kam und sehr großzügig entgegen für 6 tage die wir leider nicht in Medulin verbringen konnten. Vielen dank dafür.

Leider hat uns das Resort überhaupt nicht gefallen. Als wir in das Apartment gekommen sind , haben uns eine Kakerlake ( die dann jeden Tag im Zimmer waren :( ), diverse Spinnen , Spinnennetze, Ameisen in rot und groß& Klein, mehrere Tausendfüßler, diverse Ohrenkneifer und abends noch ein Skorpion begrüßt. Das Apartment war angeblich geputzt . Leider war davon nichts zu erkennen. Unter dem Bett dicke Brotscheiben, überall Staub, wie schon geschrieben Spinnennetze ohne ende.....absolut dreckig. Das Highlight war dann das 2 Schlafzimmer mit dem zerbrochenen Lattenrost . Hätte keiner drauf schlafen können. Mein Mann hat 3 Std im Zimmer auf jemanden gewartet der das Bett repariert oder austauscht. Als wir uns beschwert haben , hieß es von der Rezeptionistin Sie könnte kein Deutsch . Ich habe gesagt das ich nicht so gut Englisch kann . Tja das wäre ja dann mein Problem meinte Sie . Sehr freundlich also auch noch. Nach dem beschweren wurde das weg gesaugt was wir gezeigt haben im Zimmer. Mehr aber auch nicht. Ich habe 3 Flaschen Insektenspray benutz in 10 Tagen . Ekelhaft Pool war oki aber Liegen kosten jeden Tag extra . Mülleimer total überfüllt, die öffentlichen Toiletten waren eine Katastrophe. Wiederlich und dreckig . 1 mal am Tag wurden die nur sauber gemacht . Wenn die Kinder sich etwas an der Bar holen wollten , wurden die nicht beachtet . NIE WIEDER FAHREN WIR DORT HIN. SO EIN RESORT KANN MAN NICHT ANBIETEN.

Blandet oplevelse

Fin plads med mange faciliteter. Vi boede i lejlighed som godt kunne trænge til en opdatering. Det ene værelse, havde fugt på den ene væg. Vi flyttede den ene seng for at vores barn ikke skulle falde ud. Under sengen var det meget beskidt, både støv men også gamle sutter og noget udsmattet udefinerbart. Ellers var rengøring god. Det lykkes os ikke at få wifi til at virke i lejligheden. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Vi manglede en ovn i køkkenet/på pladsen. Vi brugte dog ikke meget tid i lejligheden da vi nød omgivelserne både i poolen, Medulin og Pula.

Wir sind spontan einige Tage auf dem Campingplatz Grand Kazela in einem der Apartments untergekommen. Das Gelände hat uns super gefallen, mehrere Pools, Bars, Restaurants und ein riesiger Strand. Der Hund durfte sich überall an der Leine bewegen und zwei Strandabschnitte sind mit Hund nutzbar. Zudem gibt es Hundeduschen und einen umzäunten Hundepark mit Hindernissen. Das Apartment war zwar einfach aber sehr sauber und funktional und mit den wichtigsten Dingen ausgestattet. Einziges Manko sind die extrem durchgelegenen Federkernmatratzen, diese sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Küchenzeile hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Wir würden dennoch sehr gerne wiederkommen, dann aber in eines der moddrnen Mobilheime.

Gibt's kein Schlüssel für die Toilette. Gibt's kein Wasserkocher .Wir waren 5 köpfige Familie, aber Besteck nur für 4 Personen. Überall Ohrenzwiecker in jede Ecke .In den Schubladen von Schrank überall Dreck. Hinter den Vorhängen auch Spienenwäben .Also man muss erstmal alles selbst putzen, danach einziehen. Das gute war nicht so weit vom Strand, aber ins Wasser rein zu gehen auch Katastrophe,große Steine.

Diese Unterkunft war gut. Unser Urlaub hat sich echt gelohnt. Der Pool war manchmal viel besucht aber es gab immer Platz. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat, war dass die Liegen um den Pool Kostenpflichtig waren und die Schließung um 20:00 Uhr. Das Zentrum ist ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar oder 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Im Zentrum gibt es genug Parkplätze aber sind bisschen überteuert. Am meisten hat mich das Internet gestört. Im Apartment drinnen gibt es kein W-Lan auch auf der Terrasse nicht. W-Lan hat man erst, wenn man Richtung ein „Wifi-Point“ läuft.

Apartament im sehr schlechten Zustand. Es braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Im Bad ist der Duschvorhang dreckig, und die Dusche mit Schimmel und Dreck. Kein Wifi in der Wohnung, nur draußen. Wir hatten eine kaputte Matratze erhalten, bei der die Federn kaputt waren. Es war nicht möglich, dort zu schlafen. Wir haben in der Rezeption nach einer neuen Matratze gefragt, uns wurde keine neue Matratze oder Alternative angeboten. Sehr schlechter Kundenservice und Umgang mit Problemen. Positiv war nur die saubere Bettwäsche. Die Lage und Strand sind sehr gut.

Große Anlage, dadurch selbst bei vielen Gästen überall genug Platz. Apartment ausreichend für 4 Personen, großer Balkon. Sehr nahe am Meer. Pool sehr sauber, Temperatur perfekt.Liegen sind kostenpflichtig. Einziges Manko: Schlechter Empfang bei deutschen Sendern. WLAN im Apartment selbst sehr schwach (aber an anderer Stelle im Freien gut)
