Souterrain: Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, TV, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and Microwave with grill. You have access to the terrace.
Ground floor: Living room 20 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Bedroom 10 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Medulin, district Centar, 50 m above sea level. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 200 m). There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (200 m).
