Higher ground floor is the resting area with living room,large kitchen,winter terrace with indoor fireplace,garage, bathroom and a large open terrace with large dining table and a stunning view of the sea-Banjole's bay and natural suroundings. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms each one with balcony and view of the sea aswell. There is also a bathroom with shower cabin. From the outdoor terrace a staircase is leading to the garden area where are the large pool with jacuzzi and large sunbathing area with deckchairs. There is swing and slide for kids, table soccer, darts, rowing machine, badminton set...The beautiful raised pool 8x4 meters with jacuzzi and bench where you can sit and relax, and a large sunbathing area with deckchairs protected with sunshade tent is the top spot for the sunny days and peaceful sunsets.
Few stairs down from the sunbathing area there is a large barbeque area with grill on coal and gas depends which you prefer. There is also a closed winter terrace with indoors fireplace for a rainy and cloudy days.
The whole property is walled and safe for children.
There is also a 2 parking spots in the backyard and one more spot in the garage.
