Only 230 meters to the nearest beach! Villa Nila is a beatifully decorated holiday home on the far south of Istria.
The village Premantura, where the villa is located is surrouned with sea in all directions! The world famous national park "Kamenjak" is only minutes from the house, and features a unique astounding beach, on the most southern point of Istria,
with views only to the adriatic sea!

The house has a private and fenced garden, with parking for at least 4 cars. With 5 bedrooms, the house has enough place for up to 11 people. The basement has a large open area with a large dining table for 10 people. The ground floor has a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is a jacuzzi tub on the terrace. On the first loor, there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a covered terrace.

Villa Nila will give you a true feeling of a vacation on the sea. Only minutes away from the beach, so close to Pula and its historic monuments, great restaurants and fun events.

Tolle Lage und viel Platz!
Das Haus hat sehr viel Platz und liegt in einer tollen Lage nahe dem Naturschutzgebiet. Manches im Haus hat leider nicht so funktioniert, wie im Inserat versprochen. Der Jakusi wurde nicht warm und im Bad konnte man auch nicht alles benutzen. Wenn dies alles wieder in Schuss gebracht wird, ist es eine tolle Unterkunft.

Alles super, bis auf die Strandnähe
Objekt absolut in Ordnung. Vermieter war immer zu erreichen und hatte ein offenes Ohr für alles. Umgebung war sehr schön. Einziges Manko für uns war, dass es in unmittelbarer Nähe keinen Strand gab, den man mit kleinen Kindern fußläufig hätte erreichen können. Die Buchten, die in der Nähe angezeigt werden, sind keine Badebuchten und sind auch nur sehr schwer zu erreichen. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Leider war der Strand nicht in unmittelbarer nähe, man muss mit dem Auto hinfahren. Sonst alles Top.

Sehr schön
Das Haus unterteilt sich in 3 Apartments, so das jeder eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und die Klimatisierung funktionierte super. Leider ist die Ausstattung der Küche nicht gut. Keine Topflappen trotz Gasherd. Keine großen Gläser, keine Schere. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr schön.

Sehr schönes Haus in super Lage
Das Ferienhaus ist so wie im Inserat angegeben. Es ist sehr groß und wir hatten mit zwei Familien mit jeweils 3 Kindern mehr als genug Platz. Unser Vermieter Dr. Alex war sehr hilfsbereit und immer sofort erreichbar. Als einziges hat der Whirlpool nicht funktioniert, was aber dem Aufenthalt nicht im geringsten geschadet hat. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann das komplette Naturschutzgebiet karmenjak erlaufen, was wir jeden Tag gemacht haben. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal hierhin kommen! Vielen Dank

Empfehlenswerter Urlaub
Das Objekt entspricht der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist super, weil das Haus nicht weit vom Zentrum von Premantura entfernt ist, aber dennoch absolut ruhig gelegen. Eine hübsche kleine Bucht ist wenige Minuten vom Haus entfernt und zum Nationalpark Kamenjak gelangt man auch zu Fuß nach etwa 15 Minuten. Die Wanderungen im Nationalpark mit den vielen tollen Ausblicken und Badebuchten haben wir absolut genossen. Insgesamt ein gelungener Urlaub.

Sehr sauberes, gut aufgeteiltes und toll gelegenes Haus für 2 Familien
Wir durften 2 Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Alex, unser Vermieter hat sich toll um alles gekümmert (inkl. Austausch der def. Spülmaschine). Das Haus ist in 3 Appartements aufgeteilt und das Erdgeschoss bietet inkl. grosser Küche Platz für 10 Pers. zum gemeinsamen Verweilen und Essen. Fast alle Räume sind klimatisiert, so liess sich die Hitze gut ertragen. Wurderbar auch, dass die Dragabucht fussläufig, über der Strasse, in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Wir empfanden diese "Hausbucht" auch mit als schönste Bucht auf der ganzen Halbinsel. Das würden wir anders machen: die Küchen könnten besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. Toaster, Reibe und Brettchen, sowie ein paar gute Messer und Küchenhandtücher fehlten uns), die Waschmaschine ist wirklich zu klein und wandert tatsächlich durch das Bad beim schleudern und die Matratzen sollten ausgetauscht werden, da sie am Ende ihres Lebens stehen und man die Sprungfedern spüren kann. Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen!

Tolles Ferienhaus
Alles super! Perfekt geeignet für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Familien. Wir waren als zwei Familien im Haus (2 Erw. + 3 Kinder // 2 Erw. + 2 Kinder) und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir hätten locker noch eine Familie mehr mitnehmen können, weil wir so viel Platz hatten. Toller Urlaub an den wir gerne zurückdenken. Einzig die technische Ausstattung lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht 100% zuverlässig und machte auch nicht wirklich sauber, sodass man manchmal nachspülen musste. Die Waschmaschine hat im Schleudergang eine Wegstrecke von 1m zurückgelegt und sich nur dadurch abhalten lassen, dass der Abwasserschlauch nicht länger war... Das 2. Jacuzzi im 1. Stock ist entgegen der Beschreibung nicht vorhanden. Passte für uns aber vollkommen, da der Jaccuzzi im EG auf der Terrasse für die Kids perfekt war! Trotz der oben aufgeführten Punkte würden wir das Ferienhaus jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Die Gegend im Premantura ist wunderschön und immer einen Urlaub wert!
