"We loved our stay here recently. Lobby and public spaces are clean and updated and all staff were SO helpful! I booked the “family room” and loved it!! I was confused at booking because it only said 2 twin beds but it actually came with one double bed and 3 twin beds!!! I would suggest fixing that detail for others booking. We checked in during the later evening and my kids were sad to learn that the pool area is not available to children after 7pm. We had to pivot and my family spent a...

"Location good - short walk to everything. One elevator was broken while we were there which led to long waits and crowded elevators. The cooling/airconditioning did not work very well in the room - and it was extremely hot. Made the night we stayed there a fairly bad sleep. Overall - would likely stay elsewhere next time."

"While we were only here for two nights, the hotel was perfect for the end of our 5-week journey. It was convenient. It was not too touristy. The rooms were sufficiently big enough and clean. The staff were amazing from the hotel desk clerks to the waitresses to the restaurant/bar managers. We really felt special and spoiled."
